Summer No Bake Dessert
2 1/2 cups graham crumbs (2 sleeves)
1/2 cup unsalted butter
Layers:
2 cups of powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz container Cool Whip
20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained well
Directions
Mix graham crackers with melted butter
Press into a pie plate
Mix the unsalted butter and softened cream cheese
Then slowly blend in the powdered sugar
After sugar is blended well to mixture
Fold in the cool whip
Put into pie plate and sprinkle with graham crackers
Keep cool in refrigerator
