God’s Love Never Fails

My heart has been so heavy today. My thoughts tormented with what I see happening in our country. Satan wants to send fear to invade my mind and heart and to be totally truthful he wants me to be overtaken with anger. Anger at what I see happening around me, anger at those who are not even to blame for what is happening. Surely I am not the only one dealing all these conflicting emotions. Satan so wants us to place blame at a certain people, rather than at the ones who actually commit the hideous acts we see taking place. Hate and anger has gotten us to where we are today. Yet I know in my heart love can heal this nation and its people.

I am so grateful my Lord is color blind. He looks into the heart of man not at our outward appearance. I am also so grateful my Lord has placed within me a love, His Love, for all mankind. Satan wants to bred hate in our hearts but the Lord has shown us by His life that love, His Love, can conquer all things. So let us love one another, let us come together as God’s children and unite in Love one toward the other. Let us stand against the wiles of Satan whose only goal is to destroy us, for it is only through love, Godly Love, that we can bring healing to our people, all our people and stand united One Nation Under God!

If anyone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen.

John 13:34-35 ESV

A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Father, Please place you’re Love within all our hearts so that we may love one another as you have commanded us.
