Sunday’s Devotional
Ephesians 4:31-32 kjv
Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.

Forgiveness! It just one little word yet it is one of the hardest things Jesus asked us to do. When we’re hurt it is so hard to forgive, yet when we do it releases us from all the anger and bitterness that destroys us over time. Jesus asks us to forgive because He knows forgiving others is what is best for us. And He always wants the very best for us.

Heavenly Father please clear my mind and heart from all anger, wrath, and bitterness. Teach me to forgive others for their sake but also for mine. In Jesus Name, Amen
